Hello! My name is Lauren de Rijcke (she/her) and I am a Guelph, Ontario-based therapist specializing in neurodivergence, parenting, and complex trauma.

I am a neurodivergent RP (Qualifying), parent, step-parent, and former teacher. My background of balancing a “systems” career, while navigating parenthood, grief, overwhelm, and burnout, has provided me with unique perspectives and insight into supporting clients who feel they are struggling to balance it all.

When we feel safe and free from judgment, our stories can be told, and change can happen.

My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and compassionate. I am truly passionate about witnessing peoples’ journeys, and working with clients to help them on their journey to self-awareness.
