About Lauren

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here! I’m Lauren de Rijcke (she/her) and I work with a variety of clients, but most of my work with clients centers around supporting clients with the intersection of neurodivergence and trauma.

I am a late-diagnosed neurodivergent therapist, parent, step-parent, and former teacher. My lived experience of being late-discovered Autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) has provided me with a unique perspective and insight into supporting clients who may be navigating challenges such as burnout, perimenopause, anxiety, people-pleasing, masking, and executive function struggles.

My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and compassionate. I am truly passionate about witnessing peoples’ journeys, and working with clients to help them on their journey to self-awareness.
