Do you offer sliding scale options?
I have limited sliding scale opportunities. Please inquire for more information.
What is the cancellation policy?
I have a standard 24-hour cancellation policy. I welcome respectful communication regarding any emergency situations that arise, but please know that up to the full session rate may be applied for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
Are sessions covered under extended benefits?
Registered Psychotherapy (Qualifying) services are often covered under the same benefits coverage as Registered Psychotherapy (RP) and Registered Social Work (RSW). I encourage you to check with your individual benefits coverage to understand whether extended coverage is available.
Do you direct bill to insurance companies?
I do not offer direct billing options at this time, but I do issue receipts that clients can submit to their insurance companies.
How is payment accepted?
I accept payment through the form of e-transfer or through credit card.
