  • Anger management and emotional regulation

  • Complex or childhood trauma and PTSD

My practice is based on the principles of person-centered therapy (PCT). I offer empathic listening and non-judgment.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy

  • Internal family systems (IFS) parts work

  • Attachment-based theories

  • Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)-based theories
